DESIGNING A CLASSIC CHEST

Designing a nice piece of furniture takes time. And when it comes to designing a reproduction of an 18th century Chest of Drawers, you might say it’s 250 years in the making! In this episode I show you my process for deciding on details and designing a classic Chippendale style chest of drawers. I love period furniture, such variety and style embodying the heart and soul of the pre-industrial craftsmen. I attempt to do it justice with this Chippendale chest of drawers.
