If you are logged in and confident you should have access:

  1. Confirm you are using the Chrome browser.
  2. Go to the Content Library page and do a hard refresh by clicking these keys:
    1. On Mac:  Command-Shift-R
    2. On PC: Control-Shift-R
  3. Delete your browsing data on your device. This process can vary from Mac to PC as well as device to device, but a general guideline is to click the 3 vertical dots on the right top corner of your browser window. Choose “Clear browsing data” from the drop down menu. You can opt to clear the data for “All time” and be sure cache, cookies, and history are clicked.
  4. Login again and re-try to access the page you’re seeking to visit.
