Policies and Terms of Service

 

Please read what is contained on this page very carefully. We desire to be very clear regarding our Registration & Payment and Refund & Cancellation policies. These policies are subject to change at any time though generally they are revisited annually.

ONLINE COURSES

– Payments are processed through Stripe. You can pay by debit or credit card. If you need to pay by check, we can hold your order until receiving you payment. Click here to email Kris to discuss – glad to help make it happen!

– All orders for archived Course access and registrations for Live Courses will be acknowledged by Epic Woodworking with written confirmation.

– You are purchasing exclusive access to either an archived or Livestreamed Course experience with Tom McLaughlin. It is for you as the purchaser to access only and is not to be shared with friends of family. Thank you for honoring this request.

– If participating in the Live experience, you also have access to the archived video sessions for that course and can re-watch any time, without time limit, indefinitely.

FULL-SIZE PLANS

– All orders for Full-size Plans will be acknowledged by Epic Woodworking with written confirmation.

– You are purchasing a copy of original hand drawn Plands drafted by Tom McLaughlin. They are for you as the purchaser to use only and is not to be shared with friends of family. Thank you for honoring this request.

– If your Plans arrive damaged from the shipping experience, please contact us so we can discuss the best options for rectifying the situation. You can call/text us here YAY-4EPICWW or email us.

THE NEIGHBORWOOD MEMBERSHIP

Registration and Payment

– Two payment options are provide: a recurring monthly or recurring annually. Those who pay annually essentially receive 2 months membership for free.

– Payments are processed through Stripe. You can pay by debit or credit card. If you need to pay by check, we can hold your order until receiving you payment. Click here to email Kris to discuss – glad to help make it happen!

– You must be 18 years of age or older to participate as a Member.

– All new Membership purchase will be acknowledged by Epic Woodworking with written confirmation.

– Regardless of payment method, Members have full access to ALL Online Courses, receive a 30%+ discount on Plans, have access to a private Members-only Forum, and receive insider communications from Tom with news and updates.

– A monthly payment initiating a Membership that begins on May 10 for example, provides access to Member benefits for the month ahead, in this case from March 10 to April 9. A cancellation requested for March 31 will remain active until April 9 after which, access to the account wil be suspended. It can be reactiveated by request — contact us using the information at the top of this page.

– Forum guidelines: TBA

Cancellations & Refunds

– There are no fees to cancel, no questions asked. However, please read all points in this section to be sure we eliminate any surprises.

– Accounts paid monthly can cancel at any time. Barring any unique circumstances, access to the Neighborwood will continue until the month paid for is complete.

– Accounts paid annually can be cancelled before the year is up, but no refunds will be made for forfeited months.

– Cancellations are enacted inside the My Account interface, or contact Kris for help on that process.

 

EPIC WOODWORKING MERCH

– All orders for Epic Merch will be acknowledged by Epic Woodworking with written confirmation.

EPIC WEEKEND

Registration and Payment

– All registrations will be acknowledged by Epic Woodworking with written confirmation.

– You must be 18 years of age or older to register.

– Payments are processed through Stripe. You can pay by debit or credit card. If you need to pay by check, we can hold your order until receiving you payment. Click here to email Kris to discuss – glad to help make it happen!

– Full payment is due at the point of registration.

Cancellations & Refunds

– In the event you must cancel your registration, notification must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the class for full refund minus the Transaction Fee.

– Written notification of a cancellation received 2 weeks prior to the event, will receive a 50% refund.

– Written notification of a cancellation less than 2 weeks away from the event date will forfeit all monies.

– Written notification constitutes e-mail, or postal mail. The date of cancellation will be determined by the day your correspondence is received at our office. If you do not immediately hear back from us confirming your cancellation, please follow up to make sure we received your notification.

– Anyone registered for a class who fails to show up without notification of cancellation will not receive any refund.

– In the case where we must initiate a cancellation for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible, and provide a 100% refund.

IN-SHOP CLASSES
